Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Washington State Parks is releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select one or more consultant teams with multi-disciplinary expertise for design and permitting for a project on the Spokane River Centennial State Park Trail, a multiuse trail in Spokane County. The project will renovate and reconstruct 2.8 miles of the State Park Trail through the scenic lower Spokane River Gorge, renovate a popular trailhead (Military Cemetery Trailhead), reconstruct 430 linear feet of retaining wall supporting the trail, and complete habitat, accessibility, and viewpoint enhancements along a popular section of this 40-mile State Park Trail. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
