The Adams County Board of Commissioners is requesting Statement of Qualifications from interested parties for Construction Manager at Risk services for the Adams County Correctional Facility. Qualified firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) for delivery of the project. Additional information and a document outlining submittal requirements shall be available upon request. All questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing via email to marla.may@adamscountyoh.gov by 3rd Apr 2026 at 4:00 p.m. 10 calendar days prior to the submittal deadline. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
