Site work for a civil project in College Station, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The District is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for a range of water utility projects on an as-needed basis. Firms may submit qualifications for one or more of the following service categories: Surface Water Treatment Facilities, Groundwater Wells and Production Facilities, Elevated and Ground Storage Tanks, Pump Stations and Pump House Improvements, Transmission and Distribution Pipelines, Water System Rehabilitation and Replacement Projects, Permitting and Regulatory Compliance, Development Review, Plat Review, and Utility Planning Support, GIS Mapping, Data Management, and Asset Management, SCADA Systems and Electrical Engineering, Grants and Funding Assistance (including Texas Water Development Board programs), Construction Phase Services and Construction Administration, Long-Range System Planning and Capital Improvement Planning, and System Modernization, Digitization, and Asset Management Programs. The District may evaluate and rank firms separately within each service category based on qualifications. Selected firms will enter into a Master Services Agreement through project-specific task orders. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed. Instructions to bidders include: Submittals should be concise, well-organized, and not exceed 30 pages (excluding resumes and required forms). Required contents are a cover letter, firm overview, descriptions of relevant project experience, project team identification, service category expertise, regulatory and funding experience, project delivery approach, references, and litigation and claims disclosure for the past five years. Submissions must include three hard copies and one digital copy (PDF) and must be provided by the stated deadline. Firms must comply with all applicable laws and maintain specified insurance coverage. Contact with District board members regarding the solicitation may be grounds for disqualification. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to establish and maintain a pool of qualified engineering firms.
