Site work and paving for a road / highway in Munhall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Equipment and services to be provided shall be according to the specifications on file with KLH Engineers, Inc. and at the Borough Office, available online at no cost. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and meet the necessary work classification codes for the project. Each bid must include a valid pre-qualification certification. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the bid opening. Contractors must submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. A certified check payable to the Borough of Munhall or a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company, equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, must be submitted with each bid or the bid will be rejected. The successful bidder must provide performance surety equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Borough of Munhall is an equal opportunity employer and reserves the right to award or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding process if in the best interest of the Authority. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via online The work included under this contracts covers the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work as described herein, shown on the Contract Drawings and necessary for complete operating facilities. The work under Contract No. 2026-01 generally consists of milling and resurfacing several Borough streets.
