Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in E Wenatchee, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of materials sampling and testing for a road construction project on 21st St. NE – N Baker Ave to N Devon Ave. The proposed work activities include roadway excavation, crushed surfacing, storm water collection facilities, HMA paving, cement concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA ramping, and illumination. Materials sampling and testing must comply with the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction M 41-10, the WSDOT Construction Manual M 41-01, the WSDOT Materials Manual M 46-01, and WAQTC certification is required. Submittals will be evaluated based on specialized experience, professional references, qualifications of assigned staff and subconsultants, capacity to complete the work on time and within budget, and clarity of department roles and coordination with County staff. Submitters are advised to read all pertinent documents prior to submitting a proposal. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in any proposal as deemed in the best interest of the County.
