Reference number: 20130277 Description ESTABLISHMENT OF A WASTE SORTING AND TRANSFER CENTER PUBLIC CALL FOR BIDS The MRC de Bellechasse is soliciting bids for work to be performed at the Bellechasse engineered landfill (LET), located in Armagh. In general, this work consists of constructing a waste sorting and transfer center. More specifically, the work includes, in summary: - Modifications to existing outdoor facilities to integrate the waste sorting and transfer center into the TFS site; - Clearing, site preparation, earthwork, and exterior landscaping to accommodate the new center; - Civil engineering work, including the construction of access roads and surface water drainage systems; - The construction of a service water supply well; - The supply and installation of a septic tank and retention tanks; - The construction of a prefabricated dome-shaped fabric technical building, including metal work and various interior fit-out works; - The supply and installation of prefabricated rooms (control room, electrical room, and technical room); - Concrete work such as walls, footings, and slabs related to the construction of the technical building; - Installation of a robotic conveyor and sorting system for waste materials, including a baler; - Supply and installation of an odor control system; - Building mechanical and electrical work; - Wiring and control system installation for the various pieces of equipment.
