Site work for a water / sewer project in Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for Contract No. 26-R01 includes approximately 20,000 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, Superpave WMA leveling course, binder course and wearing course, base repair, inlet replacements, curb replacements, thermoplastic linestriping, traffic control; alternates for additional resurfacing and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Pleasant Hills to guarantee the bidders entrance into the contract if given the award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
