The project involves removing existing roof sheeting at Well #1 and providing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to replace it with a layer of one-inch treated plywood topped with heavy duty metal roof sheeting. The project also includes fabricating a roof access door and enclosing the north and south roof openings. Potential bidders are required to make an on-site visit to determine the scope of work and material requirements. To be considered, bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “#JCWA0326A” on the left side and must be received no later than 0900 hours on April 23, 2026.
