The City of Festus seeks qualified contractors for upgrading the existing HVAC building automation system at the Public Library, including installation, integration, programming, and commissioning of a new controls platform, as well as a separate maintenance proposal for both the Public Library and City Hall HVAC systems. The scope includes installation of a Tracer SC+ building automation system with all required licenses and interfaces, integration of six rooftop units and a mini-split system, development of user-friendly graphics, full system programming, commissioning, and documentation. Contractors must also provide control wiring and ensure proper termination, labeling, and testing. The maintenance proposal must detail preventative maintenance schedules, routine service tasks, emergency response times, annual cost breakdowns, and optional service tiers for designated equipment in both buildings. Contractors must demonstrate experience with Tracer SC+, BAS integration, municipal/commercial projects, have certified technicians, and be able to provide ongoing support.
