Site work and paving for a road / highway in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 39,600-square-foot road / highway.
Repaving of Bowman Street in Millersburg Borough from Walborn Road to Hoffman Drive, including milling and overlay. Pavement excavation totals 39,600 sq. ft. with installation of 488 tons of 2" Superpave 9.5mm PG64-22 <0.3M ESALS. Liquidated damages are set at $500.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the municipality. For third class cities, bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types, requirements are at the municipality's discretion. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bidders must submit the required forms including contact information, bid bond, required supporting documents, and bidder acknowledgements using the provided templates.
