The City is seeking bids for demolition and construction build out services at the Government Center. The proposed work includes renovations and demolition of two office suites, building out two new security vestibules, and completing all other aspects according to the drawings and specifications. Bidders are required to follow the instructions provided in the bidding documents and specifications. The City reserves the right to waive informalities in the bids and to reject any and all bids.
