The scope of work includes approximately 5,000 SY of bituminous asphalt milling, scratch and wearing course, base repairs, keyway, structure adjustments to grade, maintenance and protection of traffic, installation of a speed hump, add alternates for line striping and signage for a bike lane, additional depth milling and binder course, and all necessary appurtenances for said construction, in Verona Borough, PA. All bidders must purchase the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided and must include a certified check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt.
