Fee Municipality 01-25 Verona Borough Road Reconstruction (2023-GEDTF-081) All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the Allegheny Valley North Council of Governments, as guarantee that, if the Bid Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement with the AVNCOG upon Notice of Award of the Contract. The AVNCOG hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids submitted or any part thereof or items therein for any reason whatsoever.
