Description

Renovation of a civil project in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

As of May 21, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded yet, project is expected to be awarded some time in July Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for professional planning, design, engineering, environmental, permitting, and construction services for planned improvements at Commonwealth Lake Park in Beaverton, Oregon. Qualifications proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the specified date by email submission. Late proposals will not be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with the Request for Proposals or all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and to waive any and all information in the best interest of the District.
