Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Dickinson, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Dickinson is soliciting qualifications from qualified architectural firms for professional design services related to Fire Station 1A. The selected architect will lead programming, concept development, and design advancement through approximately 35% design. This includes providing a construction cost estimate and a design package that is suitable for use in selecting a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR). The architect will also be required to participate as a technical member of the CMAR selection panel and assist the City in evaluating project understanding, constructability, schedule, and the proposed preconstruction approach. For purposes of this solicitation, total installed cost means all costs necessary to deliver the project, including professional design services, procurement, construction, owner contingency, and other project related soft costs as determined by the City. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
