Proposals are being solicited from qualified private developers and/or landowners for residential development projects located within or near the Town of Pinedale that include deed-restricted affordable housing consistent with the Town's adopted Deed Restriction and Housing Points System. The aim of this request is to identify private residential development projects that incorporate long-term affordable housing while maintaining land control and development risk with the proposer. Any Town participation will be limited, discretionary, and directly tied to demonstrated public benefit. The Town does not commit to providing cash subsidy, guarantee financing, or assume development risk. Proposals shall be delivered according to the specified instructions.
