Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Pinedale, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Statements of Qualifications are being solicited for a qualified Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction and construction services for the implementation of a new aircraft storage hangar at Ralph Wenz Field in Pinedale, Wyoming. The selected CMAR will work as part of a team with the Owner, Owner's Representative(s), Architect(s), and others as determined by the Owner. The project is anticipated to be partially funded by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants and will follow applicable FAA guidance and policies. Proposers must agree to be bound by the laws of the State of Wyoming. A fee proposal must be completed on the provided form and submitted separately after the initial ranking of firms selected for interview. Negotiations will proceed with the highest-ranked firm, and fees and costs will only be requested from shortlisted firms for interview consideration. Last Date for Questions: October 20, 2025
