**As of May 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Luckydog Recreation, with an awarded amount of $149,518.53.** Sublette County School District# 1 in Pinedale, WY is seeking qualified professional assistance to evaluate, design and install playground equipment including safe ground cover for the Pinedale Elementary Early Childhood Playground. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to Jeryl Fluckiger. District shall not be responsible for any oral instructions. Any changes to the RFP will be in the form of an addendum, which will be furnished to all registered RFP holders. Materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. The District reserves the right to waive lrregularlties and Informalities ln the bidding or In any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of Sublette County School District# 1. The District does not bind itself in any way to accept the low bid. All proposals will be evaluated as outlined in the bid documents.
