The scope includes mobilization, removal of approximately 17,403 linear feet of existing fencing, installation of new fencing, stress panels, end panels, 3-post corners, wire gates, X-gate wildlife gates, grouse markers, and 14.5' wood rail sections. All work must comply with the State of Wyoming Minimum Construction Standards and the specifications outlined in the solicitation attachments. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. A construction plan, schedule, and organizational capabilities must be submitted as part of the proposal. The contract will be awarded based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The contractor must comply with limitations on subcontracting and submit required documentation, including performance and payment bonds, within 10 days of award.
