The Project consists of the construction of New service entrances, along with all associated site and utility work for; High School Gym (PAC), East High School, Maintenance, Auditorium, and Middle School. +Existing distribution panels need to be reconnected to new service entrances. New service at Ag/Arts to be sub-fed off Maintenance. Concrete replacement shall be priced as an add alternate SCSD1 Main Campus Power Distribution Upgrades All bids rejected, Scope to be revised. Project to be rebid. Site Address: 665 N. Tyler (P.O. Box 549) Est. Completion Date: July 31, 2026 Description: Project is generally described as completing the campus changeover from Medium Voltage ownership. Electrical site work to facilitate new medium voltage lines by Rocky Mountain Power (RMP). The pathways will continue from junction cabinet installed under phase 1 and will route through the south side of campus and out to a new service point connection (by RMP). Multiple new junction points will be installed. Service laterals will come to a new utility distribution transformer for each building, also by RMP. Contractor will be responsible for providing new pads and vaults for each unit. Sleeves for medium voltage junctions will be furnished by RMP but installed by this Contractor. New secondary conductors will be provided to new exterior service points / distribution gear; and a new service entrance routed into the remaining buildings. After service switchover, Contractor will be responsible to disconnect and remove old transformers and medium voltage cable in their entirety. Landscaping and hard surfaces shall be repaired / replaced to match adjacent areas as needed. Transformers shall be stored in Owner dictated location for sale by Owner. As an Add Alternate price, Contractor shall remove and replace the concrete between Ag/Arts and the Auditorium.
