As of August 12, 2025, this project is under construction. New CTE Facility Est. Value: $ 12,000,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Feb. 27, 2026 Description: Sublette County School District No. 1 is seeking proposals from qualified construction companies to participate in a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method for a new facility. The work consists of, but is not limited to, site clearing, site prep, utility installations; footings & foundations, exterior envelope of an engineered structure; interior build out of technical spaces such as Culinary, Health/Wellness, Welding, Construction, Transportation, and Flex. The construction site, located south of 191 as you drive through town, is approximately 4 acres and adjoins the School Districts existing Bus Maintenance and Storage Facility. The new facility is currently planned to be approximately 20,000 square feet. Sublette County School District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its sole discretion. Sublette County School District No. 1, also does not bind itself in any way to accept any proposal.
