As of February 2025, a CMAR has been selected. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter 2025. The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. Sublette County School District No. 1 is seeking proposals from qualified construction companies to participate in a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method for a new facility. The work consists of, but is not limited to, site clearing, site prep, utility installations; footings & foundations, exterior envelope of an engineered structure; interior build out of technical spaces such as Culinary, Health/Wellness, Welding, Construction, Transportation, and Flex. The construction site, located south of 191 as you drive through town, is approximately 4 acres and adjoins the School Districts existing Bus Maintenance and Storage Facility. The new facility is currently planned to be approximately 20,000 square feet. Sublette County School District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its sole discretion. Sublette County School District No. 1, also does not bind itself in any way to accept any proposal. Project Description: Sublette County School District No. 1 has retained the services of Plan One/Architects and HDR, to plan and design a new Career & Technical Education Facility to provide greater opportunities to students residing within Sublette County. The Owner will review the submitted proposals and either select from the proposals or invite a short list of prospective s to an interview process. If necessary, interviews may take place on November 5, 2024.
