Proposals are invited for Contract FD-1-26, which involves pavement rehabilitation with full-depth concrete repairs in Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, and Kanawha Counties, West Virginia. All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express, as paper bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be prequalified as per SECTION 102.1 of the WVDOH Standard Specifications, and contract documents can be obtained from Bid Express. Each proposal must include a cashier's or certified check or bid bond in favor of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or $2,000, whichever is greater. Bids submitted by debarred or ineligible bidders will be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive formalities.
