Project involves removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roof system and installation of a wall cladding system. All work is included in a single prime contract. Bidders shall be the prime installing contractor and shall self-perform the roofing/waterproofing work within this project. Bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check (payable to the Village of Mukwonago) is required with the bid. Bidding documents, including drawings and specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Mukwonago or viewed online in digital (PDF) format at the Village of Mukwonago website. Documents may also be picked up in person at the Village Clerk's Office if ordered beforehand. The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid or to reject any and all bids. Award of work is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
