Sealed bids are requested for grass cutting services at multiple specified locations. Each site location must be bid separately, and awards may be made per location. Services required at each location include trash and debris pick up, cutting grass, hedge trimming, weed-eating, edging of curbs and sidewalks, and blowing off lots and sidewalks. No sub-contracting of lawn services is permitted. The service period is April 15, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Bidders must submit a sealed envelope that includes the bid submission form and proof of general liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000.00 or proof of ability to obtain such coverage. Bidders may be required to provide evidence of capacity to perform the contract, suitable equipment and personnel, and any additional information as requested. All contractors must be able to legally register as vendors and provide a W-9 if not already authorized. Failure to comply with instructions may result in disqualification, and the City reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive irregularities in any bid.
