**As of May 1, 2026, the project was awarded to Top Line Construction Corp, with an awarded amount of $1,450,057.37.** All bid proposals must be manually submitted by the date and time listed in the advertisement. All bid packets must be delivered to the Division of Purchasing at 455 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854. If using outside delivery or messenger services, the Township will not be responsible for deliveries made outside normal business hours or delivered to the wrong office. The name of the bid and the company name must appear on the outside of the envelope. Electronic questions must be submitted by or before 12:00 noon on the specified due date to the provided email address. Addenda may be downloaded from the Township website. The Township recommends dropping off sealed bids by or before 12:00pm to ensure inclusion in the bid opening, which will be conducted via Zoom and in person at the specified time.
