All bid proposals must be manually submitted by the date and time listed in the advertisement "NOTICE TO BIDDERS." Bid packets must be delivered to the Division of Purchasing at 455 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854. If using outside delivery and/or messenger services, it is noted that the Township will not be responsible for deliveries made prior to or after normal business hours, or to any other office. The name of the bid and your company name must appear on the outside of the envelope. Electronic questions are due by 12:00 noon on the specified date to the provided email address. Addenda may be downloaded from the Township website. It is recommended to drop off sealed bids by or before 12:00pm to ensure timely receipt.
