This Request for Proposals invites prospective General Contractors to submit proposals for Construction Management of the New Dauphin Centre for Justice. Preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers with compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements. Upon contract award, the Contractor is to work with Manitoba to identify and procure alternative Canadian-made products in cases where non-Canadian products have been proposed, ensuring equivalence in quality and performance, with any cost variances substantiated by supporting documentation. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed and submitted before receiving existing documents, including a Schedule A for each individual accessing the documents. Proponents and their representatives must only contact the designated RFP Contact regarding any matters related to this RFP. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and rejection of the proposal. Pre-Bid Meeting : It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting will be recorded.
