As of April 20, 2026, the project was awarded to Artisan Contracting, with an awarded amount of $1,606,009.08. Reference Number 0000416710 This project consists of 3,200 square yards of HMA pathway with concrete landings, 80 linear feet of a prefabricated bridge spanning across the Clinton River, 205 linear feet of boardwalk, a 45"x29" elliptical culvert, 300 square yards of gravel pathway, and associated restoration and soil erosion and control measures. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
