Reference Number 0000413149 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Auburn Hills is seeking responses from qualified vendors to upgrade the existing irrigation control system at Fieldstone Golf Club by replacing all current satellite controllers with advanced Lynx Smart Satellite Controllers. The following document outlines the nature and scope of work requested and provides a summary of the City of Auburn Hills and Fieldstone Golf Club. SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS Objectives o Modernize the irrigation control infrastructure with Lynx Smart Satellite technology. o Ensure reliable connectivity and optimal performance across all stations. Improve durability and aesthetics by replacing unsatisfactory concrete pads. Scope of Work 1. Removal of Existing Equipment o Safely remove all existing satellite controllers from the site. 2. Installation of New Controllers o Install 24 Lynx Smart Satellite Controllers, configured for station capacities ranging from 16-station 2-way wire to 64-station 2-way wire. 3. Wiring and Integration o Connect all irrigation stations to the new controllers using appropriate wiring standards. o Verify system functionality and connectivity. 4. Concrete Pad Replacement o Inspect existing concrete pads supporting controllers. o Replace any pads that do not meet structural or aesthetic standards. Deliverables o Fully installed and operational Lynx Smart Satellite Controllers. o Updated wiring and integration for all stations. o Replacement of substandard concrete pads. o Final inspection and system performance verification.
