Reference Number 0000411226 The City of Auburn Hills is seeking quotations for HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES to be performed within the City's municipal parks on an as-needed basis. Quantities and timing will be determined by city staff throughout the season as field conditions evolve. Contractor must perform services within 1 week of receiving the request from the City for services. Contractor will use HOT PRESSURE WASHING equipment to clean pavilions, gazebos, concrete pads, trash cans, picnic tables, BBQ grills and playground equipment ensuring that each item is clean, and not causing any damage to surfaces. Contractor will use additional cleaning chemicals on grease stains or other residue ensuring that such chemicals do not cause damage to surfaces. City will provide access to each park property though locked gates, service roads and sidewalks. In some cases, contractor may need an extension hose to reach some service areas. A standard width pick-up truck with a single axle towable hot water pressure washing trailer has been used in the past to reach all service areas. (Example, RAM 1500 pickup towing a MITM AW-9000-0006 trailer). Contractor is not limited to using this equipment, but whatever equipment is chosen must not cause damage to pavement and must fit down service roads and sidewalks to reach the service areas with minimal damage to turfgrass. City will provide contractor access to a water supply.
