Renovation of a mixed-use development in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The project is for Avondale High School Auditorium Upgrades. Bidders are responsible for downloading all documents and addenda, as well as checking for updates. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement, an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance, proof of registration with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, and a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond valued at not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Bids without proper documentation or proof of registration will be rejected. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of their bid, and this cost must be included in the proposal. State of Michigan prevailing wages are required. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any information therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept the bid it deems in the best interest of the Owner.
