1. Construction of 8,209 SF Fire Station, 2. Construction of 2 drive through bays, staff dorm rooms, office, toilet facilities, fitness room, kitchen, day room, and utility spaces, 3. Construction is Slab on Grade with spread footings, wood framing, and prefabricated wood trusses, 4. Mechanical and plumbing systems, 5. Electrical system and low voltage design for fully functional fire station, 6. Site improvements including concrete paving, parking, trash enclosure, emergency generator, fuel tank, patio spaces and landscape. Only Contractors in possession of a valid Class A or B Contractors license are allowed to bid on the Project. Questions regarding any part of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Andrew MacDonald, P.E., Consultant Engineer, at a macdonaId@cityofdixonca.gov. All written requests for Pre-Qualification Questionnaire clarifications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
