Specifications have been filed for 2026 citywide repairs to pavements. Sealed bids are required for this proposal. Bids must be submitted to the office with the proper endorsement on the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of the work. All bids must be accompanied by a five percent bid security in the specified form and include all required bid forms, affidavits, and statements. Only official plan-holders who acquire documents through Avalon Document Services are eligible to bid. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid.
