Sealed bids are requested for Playground Installation Services for the Town of Irondequoit Facilities. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the word "BID" and description of the item on the sealed envelope, and accompanied by a signed and sealed certificate of non-collusion. Specifications and proposal forms are available at the office of the Commissioner of Public Works. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all bids, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. All qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.B.E.) are encouraged to submit bids. Backyard Project Location : The Town is seeking comprehensive turnkey services that include the following : -Site preparation -Final grading - Installation of playground equipment -Installation of stonework for rubberized surfacing according to the manufacturer's specifications , the Town will supply the stone . -Installation of a concrete curb for the rubber surfacing -Concrete curb should be flush with the finished grade to facilitate maintenance and mowing . Note : The Town will be responsible for the acceptance and offloading of previously purchased equipment , which is not included in this bid . Bristol : The Town is seeking comprehensive turnkey services that include the following : -Some Site preparation -Final grading -Installation of playground equipment -Installation of stonework for rubberized surfacing according to the manufacturer's specifications , the Town will supply the stone . -Installation of a concrete curb for the rubber surfacing . -Concrete curb should be flush with the finished grade to facilitate maintenance and mowing
