Renovation of a swimming pool in Corvallis, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Project budget is approximately $5.4 million. The project includes structural repairs on the steel roof structure, replacement of the roof, replacement of the 50 meter pool liner, and HVAC repairs. Only those bidders who have been pre-qualified by the District will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Pre-qualification for this project is mandatory. Submissions should be clearly identified as "RFQ Osborn Aquatic Center Structural Roof Repair Project" in the subject line of an email or on the outside of the sealed envelope. It is the proposer's responsibility to ensure that the Statement of Qualifications is delivered to the District at the specified address before the time and date set for closing as noted in the solicitation. Question Deadline 03/18/2026 at 1:00 PM PT Pre-qualification requirements: Only pre-qualified bidders by the District are eligible to bid. Pre-qualification is mandatory. If an applicant's application for prequalification is denied, the applicant may appeal the denial or revocation in accordance with ORS 279C.445 - 279C.450. The District utilizes the pre-qualification methods set forth in OAR 137-049-0220 to evaluate the resources, expertise, and performance record of potential Prime Contractors.
