This project includes the removal and replacement of the concrete utility tunnel lid structure at one location on the Pullman campus. Proposals must be based on the required Contract Time constraints, which specify substantial completion by August 14, 2026, and that on-site construction activities are to begin no sooner than May 11, 2026. There are two alternates for this project. Sealed bids are requested, and the owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Bid Estimate: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 04/01/2026 Questions received less than 8 Days before bid opening may not be answered. This project includes the removal and replacement of the concrete tunnel lid structure at one location on the Pullman campus. The project location occurs in front of the McCluskey building located at 2425 E Grimes Way, Pullman, WA 99164. The scope of work includes: tunnel lid removal/replacement, protection of adjacent steam, telecommunications and electrical infrastructure, repair and replacement of adjacent civil infrastructure and replacement of tunnel lighting
