The Municipality intends to create a Standing Offer list for engineering, design, engineering study and construction inspection services of Municipal fixed/plant infrastructure, including water treatment, sewer treatment, stormwater management facilities, and Municipal parks. Designs and specifications prepared under assignments issued through this Standing Offer are to be prepared in accordance with the latest edition of the Municipal Standard Specifications, the latest edition of the Municipality of the County of Kings Municipal Specification Manual, the latest editions of the Atlantic Canada Water and Wastewater Design Guidelines, and industry best practices. This Standing Offer list shall remain in effect for a period of three years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
