Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Great Neck, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.

The project consists of Room 21 & Athletic Field Reconstruction Work, a New Field House, a New Press Box, and Toilet Renovations including Track Storage / Restroom 3 Building at the North Middle School. Bids will be received by the School District until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday April 16, 2026, at the Phipps Administration Building, 345 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York 11020. Complete digital sets of Contract Documents are available online for a non-refundable fee, or as hard copies for a deposit. Hard copies of bid addenda for registered plan holders are provided at no charge. The bid deposit for hard copies will be returned upon receipt of plans and specifications in good condition within thirty days after the bid date. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of proposal opening. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives or proposals, and to advertise for new proposals if it promotes the best interest of the School District. The Bidder may not withdraw its bid until forty-five (45) days after the bid opening, except as provided by law. If restrictions are imposed on construction activities due to government orders or regulations, the Owner may modify the construction schedule without additional compensation, with the sole remedy being an extension of time as determined by the Owner. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
