Separate and single prime contract sealed bids are requested for Toilet Renovations (South Building) at the Village School. Bids must be received by the School District by 10:00 a.m. on the specified date and at the specified location. Bids must include the contract name, contract number, and opening date on the envelope, and must not be submitted via phone, fax, or email. Contract documents may be examined at the specified architect's office, and digital or hard copies may be obtained for a non-refundable fee or deposit. All addenda will be provided to registered plan holders. Bidders are responsible for shipping arrangements and costs if documents are to be shipped. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or all proposals may be rejected within 45 days of the opening. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject alternatives, reject proposals, or advertise for new proposals. Bids may not be withdrawn for 45 days except as provided by law. Each proposal must include bid security equal to ten percent of the bid amount. If construction restrictions are imposed due to orders, laws, regulations, or rules, the construction schedule may be modified, with no additional compensation provided; the only remedy will be an extension of time at the sole discretion of the Owner. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk through are scheduled as indicated. QA date - 4-8-2026 No oral interpretations, instructions, or explanation of the bid documents will be given prior to the opening of the bids. Discrepancies, ambiguities, or doubts as to the intent of the bidding document should be communicated to the Architect in writing for interpretation. To be given consideration, questions must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
