Site work and paving for a civil project in Charleston, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.

The work consists of five projects: (1) constructing a single span PPC deck beam bridge and Hot-Mix Asphalt approach roadway (0.114 mile length) northwest of Charleston; (2) resurfacing County Highway 35 with Hot-Mix Asphalt surface removal, new surface, aggregate wedge shoulders, pavement markers, and other work; (3) resurfacing 500 E (TR-60), including laying 1.25" HMA Leveling Binder Course, Bituminous Materials Tack Coat, Aggregate Wedge Shoulders, traffic control, and related work (1 mile length); (4) replacing a damaged rural bridge on CR 200E/Dole Road with a dual box culvert structure (40 feet length); (5) resurfacing County Highway 28, including Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal (2"), mainline Hot-Mix Surface, Aggregate Wedge Shoulders, pavement marking, and other associated work. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Coles County Highway Department. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
