Renovation of a military facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace 10 HVAC units and furnish a complete walk-in refrigeration system at the Hammer Field Readiness Center in Fresno. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of the Invitation for Bid. Bid submissions shall be emailed to the specified address and must include the IFB number, HVAC Replacement, and Contractor Business Name in the subject line. Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk at the location specified, arriving early and bringing business cards. The prime contractor must possess a type B - General Building Contractor or a C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license. All questions must be submitted to the specified contact by the given deadline. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the bid submission deadline.
