The scope of work includes the repair of asphaltic concrete pavement cuts made on various streets, roads, and highways within the areas served by the Mohawk Valley Water Authority due to repair of water mains and related appurtenances, both inside and outside the City of Utica boundary. Bids must be submitted only on the forms provided and must include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form described. Bids will only be received from those who obtain bid documents from the Mohawk Valley Water Authority and are registered on the list of bidders. Packages containing bids must be sealed, properly marked, and addressed to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority, Engineering Department. Courier deliveries must be directed to the Engineering Department, 3rd Floor Office. The Board reserves the right to waive informality and reject any or all bids, and may reject bids based on the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder relative to the work required.
