Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. is seeking qualified, disadvantaged businesses as subcontractors for the Village of Maeystown, IL Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements project. Qualified subcontracting opportunities are available in the following areas: Piping, Plumbing, Pre-cast, Electrical, Equipment, and Earthwork. Interested businesses should contact the Estimating Department in writing (certified letter, return receipt requested) or via email to discuss the subcontracting or material supply opportunities. All negotiations must be complete prior to bid opening. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest responsive bid received. All bids must be accompanied with proof of MBE/WBE certification.
