The City of Show Low is soliciting proposals from qualified parties for Green Waste Disposal. Proposals must include a technical proposal outlining the proposer’s ability to adequately process and dispose of green waste identified during Project Clean Sweep and at other agreed times. Each proposer must submit a separate technical proposal and price proposal, both responsive to the specified requirements. Proposers must demonstrate qualifications and experience in processing and disposal of green waste products. This request is strictly for Green Waste Disposal, which includes material such as pine needles, bush and tree trimmings, logs, stumps, and waste lumber received by the City and its residents. The proposer must process the material into reusable product or product components and may not process green waste into a landfill. The proposer is responsible for obtaining all required permit approvals. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside lower right-hand corner with: 'Sealed Proposal of (firm name) For: Green Waste Disposal City of Show Low Project #78026133.' The proposals must be addressed to the City of Show Low, Shane Hemesath PE CFM, 180 North 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901.
