Renovation and addition to a museum in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the addition of a museum.
The scope of work includes foundation repairs to the addition on the north side of the historic Reidhead House. The work will include lifting the addition, installing new foundation supports as needed, stabilizing the structure to prevent future movement, and repairing damage to exterior and interior as a result of structural movement and stabilization. Contractor is responsible for providing permitted plans. The City will provide a building permit at no cost. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope marked: "Sealed Bid of ___ Contractor For: Reidhead House Addition Repair, City of Show Low Project No. 4452275."
