The project involves the construction of a new Athletics Complex Fieldhouse at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. The fieldhouse will provide locker rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities for student athletes, coaches, and referees. Scopes of work include, but are not limited to: concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, waterproofing, roofing, storefront, doors/frames/hardware, drywall/framing, spray applied insulation, flooring, painting, miscellaneous specialties, signage, plumbing, mechanical HVAC, electrical, sitework, fencing & gates, and landscaping & irrigation. Bidders must comply with Santa Fe College Purchasing requirements and are encouraged to support Small Business and Vendor Diversity. CPPI reserves the right to reject any bid if considered to be in the best interest of the project. Pre-qualification requirements: All parties interested in bidding must be prequalified in order for their bid to be considered.
