Renovation of a mixed-use development in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals for Bid #26-027 Sovereign Avenue School Gym Floor will be considered. Bidders must send their proposals through the US Postal Service or recognized delivery services that provide certification of delivery. Bids will not be accepted via facsimile or email. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check, or Bid Bond, with satisfactory corporate surety, in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid, not to exceed $20,000. Bids must include a certificate from a surety company stating it will provide the required bond. Prospective bidders must comply with New Jersey State Law requirements, including prequalification, prevailing wage rates, use of domestic materials, corporate/partnership disclosure, Public Works Contractor Registration, and business registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening. The right is reserved to waive minor irregularities and to reject bids. Bidders must comply with anti-discrimination laws.
