**As of May 4th, 2026, this project awarded to Gordon Company Inc. for $238,716.** The work includes all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for the removal of downhole equipment from Well 12 and reinstallation in Well 12r, along with all associated piping, site work, and electrical. Close coordination between onsite contractors is required. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating execution schedules, equipment, and working spaces to avoid any delays. All project impacts and delays are the sole responsibility of the Contractor, with no additional costs incurred by the owner. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis as specified in the bid form. Bidders must include bid security as a cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond per the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. Construction access to the site is available only via Muzzle Loader Way. Access across private property is strictly prohibited.
