PROJECT OBJECTIVES: The project involves the installation and reinstallation of brick pavers in designated areas throughout the city, including Downtown and Olde Towne. The Contractor must ensure that the pavers match existing types and pattens, such as those specific to Olde Towne, which are set on sand base. he City of Portsmouth is seeking qualified contractors to install, furnish and reinstall brick pavers related work Initial Period of contract: From Date of Award Through Two Year (*Renewable for three (3) one-year periods). The deadline for questions will be Thursday April 2, 2026 @4:00PM EST, to be submitted to Yashica Edwards.
